Equipamiento e infraestructuras deterioradas. Lavavajillas roto, puerta de cochera estropeada, ventana descolgada en aseo, alarma de incendios activada al mínimo uso de tostador o cocina. Desatención durante días para reparar el lavavajillas. Reparación abandonada a medias. Compromiso del anfitrión en compensar las molestias con un abono del 10% incumplido. Reclamación desatendida. Hacen responsable a Booking. Booking no contesta. El anfitrión también ha dejado de contestar a las reclamaciones. Abono impagado... Una buena casa, mal atendida.
