These are perfect for a morning or afternoon walk, or simply to sit and relax amidst the greenery. Building & Unit Condition The management maintains a high standard of upkeep, which is evident in the common areas and the individual units. • Cleanliness: Both the building and the unit are notably clean. • Pest Control: The environment is well-maintained, with no issues regarding pests, which is a significant plus for high-density city living. • Unit Readiness: The units come well-equipped, providing all the essential items needed for a comfortable, move-in-ready stay.
