About this apartment rental
Our 56 sqm condo unit is on the 20th Floor. It has a balcony that has views of some of the amazing Makati structures.
The condominium is approximately 30 minutes drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). Centrally located in the Makati Central Business District, it is close to the embassies and financial institutions and within a few mintues walking distance to the Greenbelt and Glorietta Shopping complexes, Asian Institute Management, Makati Medical Center, Ayala Museum, etc.
The unit has been furnished with good quality, modern-day furniture and appliances.
The bedroom has an en-suite toilet and enclosed shower area with hot/cold water. It exits to a private balcony overlooking some of the Makati skyline. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner. Linens and towels are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and dining needs with lots of cupboard space.
The lounge area is spacious with comfortable sofa set, a 32' flat screen TV with cable TV and DVD home theater.
A telephone with unlimited local calls to any PLDT landline and unlimited High Speed Wi-Fi internet access have been provided free of charge.
The unit also comes with an automatic heat/smoke detection with fire sprinkler system and an intercom that directly connects to the reception and security counter.
Complimentary access to the building's amenities for our registered guest/s - pool, fitness gym, sauna.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Makati. Easy access on various restaurant and really close to the shopping mall. The owner is really pleasant to deal with and her cleaning assistant Harrenz. It's truly a blessing to find owner that will take care her clients. I appreciate doing business with you Ms. Joan Valenciano.

Very nice stay. Everything was seamless. The condo is cleaned and well equipped. The location is the best! Everything was working well and the host was very responsive. I strongly recommend.

Walking distance to so many establishments. Safe area. Well furnished and clean.
The owner, Joan, is so easy to communicate with. Very helpful. Made herself available as much as possible.
