About this apartment rental
Fully appointed luxurious one bedroom loft apartment. No expense has been spared in setting up this unit to meet and exceed guests expectations. Full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, oven and range hood. Complete quality cooking utensils, dinner and glassware.
Two 32 inch flat screen televisions (upstairs and downstairs) DVD with surround sound system home theater, Sky Cable Gold package, unlimited fast and reliable 5 Mbps wireless internet, free local calls.
Upstairs and downstairs split type air-conditioners.. Upstairs has a full bathroom, and the downstairs has a visitors powder room.
The bedroom includes a large comfortable firm bed, a secured safe for valuables. Remote control motorized curtains and state of the art lighting with drop ceiling.
Comfortable living and dining area. The apartment includes a storage area under the stairs. Small balcony with great views over the park opposite, and the Makati city skyline. Smoking not permitted inside, but is allowed on the balcony.
The building is new, with a fitness center and pool. 711 convenience store next to building entrance. Very close to Greenbelt and opposite a large park.
We include complimentary housekeeping three times weekly (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Complimentary toiletries, and bottled water upon arrival. Along with free round trip airport transfers if required.
Flexible check-in/out times as long as we don't have any other guests leaving/coming on the same day. On call 24/7 to assist with any inquiries or issues..

We stayed at Eton Parkview for two weeks in November 2016.
Nick was very organized and accommodating, and contacting him was an ease.
The condo was very conveniently located for meeting our family and friends, and the close walk to Greenbelt was handy. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Throw in the cleaning service and the airport shuttle, and it's a great value. We look forward to staying there when we return next year.

The best feature of this condo is definitely the two-plan layout, which is pretty cool.
I also loved the airy view from the balcony of the two parks in front of the building combined with the Makati skyline in the distance.
And ofcourse the three minute walking distance to Greenbelt 1 mall with Starbucks, several eateries and a very well equipped Rustan's supermarket.
Add the included airport pick up and three times a week cleaning - by a very pleasant and helpful maid, who even offered to bring and pick up my laundry at a nearby laundry service - and you have an unbeatable combination second to none.
Nick, the owner, is very accessible and extremely helpful - the few matters of concern that occurred during my stay was solved litterally immidiately.
I highly recommend this condo, and especially Nick as a host.

Instead of paying an exorbitant price for an upscale hotel, I decided to stay @ this residence *assuming* that it wouldn't measure up to the plethora of 5 star establishments in the Makati area. I was wrong, totally wrong. It was plush, well outfitted (i.e. full sized fridge, stove/oven, aircon, 2 tvs), secure, comfortable and in close proximity to all the "cool" spots (shopping malls, clubs, restaurants, etc). Nick, who manages the place, was very responsive and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend this vacation condo to virtually anyone. Its well worth the money and then some.
