The location is good, very close to Cologne, but also Aachen, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Phantasialand. It has parking, and with a car, you are 2 min away from a supermarket and bakery. The house is nice and clean, well maintained, nice yard to relax. There are also grills in the yard that you can use (fully equipped, coal, lighters, everything).
It was a basement apartment, renovated and good, but it would have been good to mention this in the ad. Also, mosquito nets on the (small) windows would be nice.

Für unsere Gruppe (kleines Fußballteam mit Betreuern) waren die beiden Ferienwohnungen ideal; Die Ausstattung hatte alles, was wir brauchen, die Betten waren gemütlich, alles war sauber und wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Saunanutzung hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage war für uns perfekt (Besuch des Rheinenergie-Stadions).
