Ein typisch mallorquinisches Haus, ausgestattet mit modernen Möbeln in der ich gerne einen ganzen Monat verbracht und mich wohlgefühlt habe. Das Haus und der Garten haben mir gut gefallen. Der Pool sah sehr schön aus, ich habe ihn aber nicht benutzt, da es noch zu kalt war. Ein Weber Grill lädt ein, den überdachten Außenbereich zu nutzen. Das Team um SON PERETO Petit ist sehr engagiert und kümmert sich gut. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Manacor, wo es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt.

Der Nähe zur MA -15 muß man sich bewusst sein. Für mich war es aber kein Problem.

We booked this beautiful casa when we were already at Mallorca. We had booked a house in Alcudia, but got drilled out by builders first at 7.15am on easter morning. That house was nextdoor to a building site. We had to get as far away as posible from that horrible place. We drove by the vacant houses on the island and ended up at Peréto. It didn’t have a customers rating yet, but for what we could see the little house and swimming poole lay peacefully and private. Although you can hear the nearby road. When we entered through the gates the next morning we were welcomed by a pretty rural house with fresh oranges and citrus from their own garden. The swimming pool is very nice. Different types of lounge and relax chairs. Son peréto perit turned out to be a beautiful mix of old fashioned and modern. Two swing chairs and a hanging mat opposite a good barbecue. And a rather large tv and comfortable big couch with a small kitchen that has all the equipment needed. Hand press and bowl to make fresh lemonade. Oven and microwave. Not the newest. But all functioning very well. We had a very relaxed week here. Our boy enjoyed the pool and the big garden. We enjoyed the privacy, the comfort and the sun. The family running it is very nice and kind. And quick to responses to our questions.
