With its rural, central location, the modern holiday home Castillo is both an ideal starting point for numerous excursions and a great place for real sun worshippers. The pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace, is safe for children and can be easily overlooked from the two covered terraces by the house. In addition, this well-kept area is protected from the wind by a natural stone wall, so you can relax here for hours and enjoy the unique Mediterranean light. A garden door leads from the pool terrace into a cosy little garden, which offers younger guests a lovely green play area in the grass. Directly in front of the living area on the ground floor, the larger of the two covered terraces is ideal for cosy meals in the shade. The second terrace is right next to it and conceals the entrance to a separately accessible double bedroom with en suite bathroom. From here, it is only a few steps from the shade to the sunny bathing area. On the ground floor there is the main living room with a large, comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a small guest bathroom, which is easily accessible directly from the pool terrace. Patio doors from both the living room and the kitchen provide access to the outside area. On the second floor of your holiday home, you will find another small living room with access to a large, covered balcony. Here you have a fantastic panoramic view over the surrounding lowlands to the Tramuntana mountains in the north of the island. On this level you will also find three bright and cosy bedrooms. One of them has access to a small terrace on the side of the building. There is also a further individual bathroom. By the way: even in the cooler months, the Castillo holiday home is an inviting oasis after extensive cycling and hiking tours on Mallorca. It has a pellet stove and is also equipped with radiators. The Castillo holiday home is located in a rural area less than 5 km south of Manacor. There are several beautiful sandy beaches on the east coast of Mallorca within 20-25 minutes by car.
