The property is located in the port area, within a private zone, and offers easy access to the resort. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. There are two private parking spaces provided by the owner – one in front of the villa and one in an underground garage. The host is friendly and communicative, doing his best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. It's an ideal place for a longer stay, especially for those who love the sea and the beach. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but we would definitely return.

We were initially confused at the first access barrier to the port (the one before the second barrier where the property is located), as it works with a ticket system, like a paid parking entrance. After a conversation with the host – to whom we are grateful – the issue was quickly clarified.

It really was a great stay.

Nemanja's apartment in Portoroz is really great. It is very spacious and beautifully furnished. After our trips to Peran and the sea, it was like coming home when we got back to the apartment. Even though it was only a short stopover, we really enjoyed our time and would love to come back. Nemanja is a very nice and great host who always answered questions quickly and helped us a lot. See you next year.

The mosquitoes at dinner on the beautiful balcony, but that's absolutely not Nemanja's fault.

I enjoyed the conversation with the host and overall is really good.

The service from the host. He’s really willing to help and friendly, and he also recommended us some spots for dinner.

Overall the apartment was good, clean, and spacious for 4 people. However, the furniture and the design seemed to be a little bit old fashioned, but that didn’t affect how comfortable it was. Also, the location of the apartment was a little bit confusing at first, but as long as you followed the instructions, it wouldn’t be a huge problem.

Super tolle Wohnung und sehr netter Vermieter

Super tolle Wohnung. Da ich auf Segeltörn war, habe ich für die Ankunft eine Ferienwohnung in der Nähe vom Hafen gesucht. Die Lage ist echt perfekt und es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und ist auf unsere Sonderwünsche sofort eingegangen. Alles super sauber. Vielen lieben Dank und jederzeit wieder. Liebe Grüße
