City Center Apartment

The owner, Harbin is a lovely guy and checking in here was a welcoming start to our time in Skopje. The apartment is really spacious, modern, well laid out and clean. We only stayed 2 nights, but it would also be great for longer stays as well, as it's very comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped & we took full advantage of the washing machine & aircon. The bed is comfortable and there was no noise from ajoining neighbours or the outside, so sleep was easy (I really prioritise a quiet apartment, this was a 10/10). The location is walkable to all the main spots in Skopje and there are many great neighbourhood cafes and bars in the immediate surrounds, including the Shakespeare cafe/bookshop just below. Tinex is nearby for grocery needs. I feel for the all the above, I would absolutely use this apartment again & recommend it to anyone staying in skopje.

Harbin was really responsible. The apartment has been recently renovated with the kitchen and bathroom being very modernIzed.

The building itself- or the maintenance of it. It is old could use some upgrades.

En toppenbra lägenhet med gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter och centrum. Allt var väldigt fräscht och rent, bra utrustat kök. En liten balkong med morgonsol för frukosten. Skön säng, väldigt tyst. Hjälpsam och trevlig värd.

Det fanns absolut inget att klaga på med boendet som var toppen. Men vi kom mitt i natten hade lite besvärligt att hitta rätt då lägenheten inte låg utmed Partizanski Odredi utan i huset bakom.

The location is convenient and within a 15-minute walk of everything. The apartment is spotless, with a brand new feel, and has everything you need, including comfortable beds and pillows. When something did not work (the oven), the host and his family all tried to help fix the problem, and when that did not work, I was upgraded immediately to an apartment without issues. Checkout was simple.

These comments are meant to be constructive, rather than critical. Don't be alarmed, these were all minor things. I prefer self-check-in, but that is not available with this property. The host met me at the apartment with the keys. The fit-out has a strong feel of a spacious office, with bedrooms added, rather than a home. The host said no-one else had had a problem using the oven (it would not turn on) however, it looked to me like the oven had never been used. Most things looked brand new. The shower does not drain properly causing the bathroom floor to get very wet. This may be a systemic issue for this area rather than specific to the apartment? The lifts did not work when I left, so I had to carry my suitcase down three flights of stairs. There is no backup lift. The host's response time was quite long, an hour or so, usually more.
