Timeless Black n White Charm 2BR w Kids room

Having never been to Olympic/Bicentennial Park before, it was a really good location for venues in the area. Not too far from Olympic park station. As a solo woman traveller unfamiliar with the area, I was a bit nervous about the walk from the station in the dark, given there was reference in the instructions to walking through a tunnel to get to the property. However, it was well lit (and the tunnel is only about 15m wide so not dark and dingy!). Good selection of restaurants and cafes a short walk away too. When I arrived, the smoke alarm battery had gone flat and was beeping. The host had it fixed very shortly after! Thank you for the prompt response. The apartment was well equipped for my stay. The primary bed was comfortable enough.

Having to drag luggage up to the ezymart to return keys when I was travelling in the opposite direction was a bit annoying. Also, opening the lockbox for the keys was so difficult. Both on pick up and drop off of the keys, I had to get the ezymart shop attendant to help me (yes the code was correct). My only gripe. I now need a manicure!

Very comfortable to stay in (beds, lounge etc.) with air-conditioning (in the bedrooms too). A truly self catering apartment with all kitchen aids & no shortage of supplies. Good lift access & views. Very well laid out with excellent use of space. Good communication with host.

Generally very well cleaned but missed some previous tenant's hair in the toilet area. Picking up keys at local Ezi-mart difficult due to lack of parking.

Beautiful apartment. Very well presented. We would come back again.

The only thing was the towels could use an update to match the rest of the place. Very happy overall though. It was excellent.
