The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. Great view, comfy beds and close enough to walk to Afterpay arena for the event we were there for.

Location to the Sydney Olympic pool was excellent. Appartment was well equipped for self catering. Comfy beds and beautifully furnished.

The apartment is gorgeous; very well fitted out, very clean and neat, bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, there was everything we needed for our stay. The view is amazing and the location perfect for what we needed (kids sporting event at SOP in the Quay Centre). The instructions on arrival, key collection, and parking the car were very clear and easy to understand. Parking up to collect the keys from the Ezy Mart was a little tricky, but key collection process was no problem at all. Can highly recommend. I stayed at the apartment with my daughters who are 13 and 11 and it was perfect for the three of us.

There isn't anything negative relating to the apartment itself. When we went to drop the keys back to Ezy Mart as we were leaving, we were short on time and the Ezy Mart was closed with a 'Back in 5 Mins' sign on the door. This was pretty frustrating as we were under a time pressure, and had found a place to park up to drop the keys off. I ended up having to leave to drop my girls off where they were going, then come back to re-park and drop the keys. Not the end of the world but definitely very frustrating, particularly as we were in a rush.

Cleanliness, Communication & appearance

Bed in 3rd room defective and unusable. Sofabed in lounge inadequate, would suit someone 4’ tall or under. The crappy pick up keys/car parking situation.
