Modern 2BR Haven High Level & Stadium Views

Location is in perfect locality to the stadiums, train-station and buses. Really good especially, catching train to and from the International airport

Furniture was old and shows signs of wear and tear. It was hard to comfortabably relax with 2 adults and 1 kid inside for longer periods (Couch was old and small and the dining chairs we small and uncomfortable). Everything else was good

Great view, spacious apartment, was nice to have a washing machine and dryer. Host was responsive.

Unfortunately wasn’t very clean or to a standard you’d expect. The bed in the second room was broken, the springs or structure had completely collapsed on one side and you couldn’t sleep on that side. The floors didn’t seem mopped, unsure if the showers were sanitised. The couch had stains all over it and had an odour. The bed linen didn’t seem fresh or made nicely. If these had been corrected, would be a perfect stay.

Location

The beds little hard

Location was great

The fridge wasn’t working on arrival and took a while to locate the thermostat as it is hidden behind the shelf. The dishwasher and washing machine cannot be operated at the same time. The two bathroom showers can also not operate at the same time. There is a real water pressure problem in the unit. The lounge and lounge room rug are dirty and need a deep clean or replacing. We requested several times and had it confirmed in writing to have the sofa bed made up and this did not happen. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. Not enough toilet paper and not enough bin liners. We stayed for 6 nights (two separate bookings) and requested a service on the Wednesday (mid week), this was confirmed in writing, but never happened. The mattress in the second bedroom is very hard and uncomfortable. Towels are thin.
