localização muito boa

L’appartamento è spazio e pulito. Vicino alla metro di Rovereto quindi ottimo per gli spostamenti. Il gestore ha fatto trovare Caffè acqua e anche una bottiglia di vino disponibile, è stata una cosa molto carina e apprezzata.

Purtroppo l appartamento è a piano terra SENZA TENDE, il che obbliga a tenere sempre serrande e finestre chiuse per non sentire rumori e avere un po’ dí privacy. I muri sembrano di cartapesta. Non c è il minimo isolamento acustico: si sente lo scarico del vicino così come le sue discussioni, l’apertura del portino del palazzo e ogni minimo movimenti esterno alle mura.

这家是我在意大利半个月住过最好的民宿了，整套。而且离地铁站只有4分钟走路，整体非常舒适。完美。

大楼入口那个门，开和关的声音比较大，不过也不影响就是了。

The apartment is very spacious and the bathroom is comfortable. The apartment is a 4 minute walk away from a metro station.

The location is in a very shady area of Milan, we didn’t feel safe. Also, the location provided by Booking was wrong so we had to contact the host via whatsapp for the correct location, we wasted a lot of time. Additionally, there was a very rude neighbor that knocked on our door the first night insulting us, this was not a pleasant experience as we were not even making much noise, we were preparing for sleep and organizing our bags while talking a bit. The same neighbor came back the second night but this time with a calmer attitude, seems like the walls are paper thin so everytime we were in the apartment we had to whisper to talk to each other.
