Locatie in een rustige straat. Eigenparkeer gelegenheid. Gezellige woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Gezellige zitjes in de tuin. Overdekte plaats voor de fietsen.

Die Ausstattung war geschmackvoll, modern,ansprechend,alles gut i.O. Es war ruhig.
Die Schlüssel funktionierten nicht gut. Der Parkplatz für 2 PKW war extrem knapp bemessen. Die Lage enttäuschte etwas. Bis zum Meer war es noch ein Weg. Von der Wohnung aus gab es einen Blick nur in einen Innenhof, der aber nett gestaltet war.
