La vie sur mer et proximité de Nausicàa
Manque un ascenseur escalier pour monter au 2e étage et escalier pas propre du tout

Bien situé. Attention le garage est à 5 min à pieds parking Nausicaa.
Chasse d’eau inutilisable cassée et donc toilettes vidées aux sceaux d’eau….une chaise branlante et alors le pire c’est le papier de menaces accroché à la porte avec des montants exhortants ex: poubelles pas descendues 50 euros vaisselle pas faite 50 euros drap tachés 70 euros etc….enfin bref je ne recommande pas.
