Free parking is available but ten minutes walk away, there is also a height restriction of 1.9 metres on the free parkin

Good location with views over the beach and harbour, flat was well equipped and everything worked.

Cleanliness on arrival was appalling! The oven had a large Pyrex dish full of mouldy chips and cheese, there was a toenail clipping in the hall and hair left in the bath. After contacting the service agent we were told the food in the oven was an oversight and that the toenail must have fallen of the dishcloth during cleaning, at this point no offer of immediately rectifying the issues. Once I pushed them and mentioned the words “not up to standard and refund” someone was sent to quickly clean up while we were eating out in a restaurant. Having booked apartments online for many, many years through various platforms I have sympathy for the owners of these apartments, they rent out their cherished properties in good faith, but I feel that they are let down by the subcontracted service agents that they employ to manage their properties on their behalf. I am guessing that they employ to service agents then subcontract further to the cleaning companies. But who is checking on the standard of work of these people? Obviously we photographed and made video of all of the issues which I do not feel is fair to the owners of these to share here. We also did a second video as we checked out to show (if needed) that we left had the apartment in excellent condition. We did ask for nor want any discounts or compensation either, this review is not for that reason. The owners quite rightly have terms and conditions to follow, but as a client I have standards and I feel that on this occasion the owners service agents have let the owner and us as clients down and caused us considerable disappointment. Would we stay there again yes, but I would be asking a lot of questions of the service agents that concierge this before booking. “Poor owners” it really is a nice apartment.

Great views on the sea

The location is right in front of the beach across the road. You can't be closer to the water than that. The flat itself is comfortable and clean, nice and warm during the winter. A nice view on the water.

Très belle découverte

J’ai beaucoup aimé la proximité avec Nausicaa, la plage bien évidemment ainsi que les multiples musées historiques. L’appartement est fonctionnel, très propre et le plus c’est le badge de parking qui nous permet de nous garer sans s’inquiéter d’une place près de l’appartement. Merci encore pour cette découverte

Si je dois mettre un point négatif, je parlerais du clic clac dans le salon qui n’est pas confortable mais ça reste un clic clac

L’emplacement nickel mais manque mobilié bébé.

Il était magnifique bien placer, la déco est bien.

La baignoire n’est pas adapté avec des enfants en bas âge , manque de mobilier pour enfant en bas âge ( pas de chaise haute par exemple , ce qui aurait été un plus. Celle de IKEA se démonte totalement , elles sont facile à mettre dans un coins.).

Super Appartement in Boulogne-sur-mer

Super eingerichtetes Apartment für zwei Personen mit Blick auf den Ārmelkanal. Sehr zentral gelgen, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Bemerkenswert der kostenlose Parkplatz, ein paar hundert Meter entfernt, und die ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.

Alles gut, wenn überhaupt; eine Waschmaschine wäre schön. Aber das ist Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

C'est bien équipé, tout fonctionne, il y avait des produits pour nettoyer, du café, du sucre, du chocolat, et idem dans la salle de bain, tout était la. Sans oublier la carte de parking à disposition. Bref très correct

Heel mooi uitzicht. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig in de accommodatie. Het appartement was netjes!

De bovenburen waren ‘‘s avonds en ‘s’ nachts nogal luidruchtig. Het zetelbed was ook niet zo rugvriendelijk.
