Location mostly, but the accommodation was exceptional, also in a lovely quiet area. Everything we could possibly need in the apartment, including a parking space. Spotlessly clean, great laundry facilities, washing powder, dishing washing tabs and condiments also supplied, which was greatly appreciated during our 12 days here!

The decor was great, and it was well set up with 2 bathrooms and one separate toilet. It was very very close to the shops and coffee shops and beach.
There were 2 flights of steps that were a challenge for my husband increasing disability. Everything else was great!
