Great location, comfy beds and couches, semi-working kitchen (need to fix the rangehood light and the front two elements of the stove also don’t work).
Would definitely not advise staying woth young children. The balcony doors aren’t lockable and the stair railings aren’t child friendly.

Townhouse is a little tired and run down. especially the ensuite which is quite mouldy. The air conditioning vent over the dinning room table drips water. The outdoor umbrella stand is rusted, dangerous and useless. The bedrooms are hot and stuffy as the windows are key locked and won’t open and there is no air conditioning down there. The addition of another pedestal fan so each bedroom has one would be beneficial as the floor fans do nothing to cool you down.

Closeness to beach and lots of room, clean
No WiFi, no glass turning plate in microwave, frying pans were old, no salt/pepper/oil for cooking.
