A decent stay and value for money

A small room with a decent kitchen ,fridge and a laundry.

The response from the property is slow due to some reasons. But you won’t be disappointed with the other facilities including the toilet and a small dining table and living space

Excellent accomodation with congested space and invisible host.

Clean, available all required amenities, and walking distance from matro and small super market.

The staff was invisible with poor response in messages. If the door key is accidentally left inside the apartment then guests may encounter serious problems as nobody is there to rescue. Space is less.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this property. Its location is a major plus, being only a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which made getting around very easy. Furthermore, the room amenities were incredibly comprehensive and everything was perfectly maintained, resulting in a wonderfully clean and tidy space. A truly comfortable and convenient experience

A pleasure from the moment we entered until we left, we would have stayed longer!

The location was in a quiet area and easily accessible by metro, a 3-5 minutes walk. The building was very recently renovated, the apartment as unused. It was very easy to check in the evening, receiving an access code. The room was clean, the sheets and towels too, and enough for us, 3 people. The meals were not included, but the kitchen was very well equipped (there was absolutely nothing missing, you could actually live there - dishes, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, hob, hood, etc.). We also found dishwashing and dishwasher detergent, sponge, hand paper, coffee capsules - great! Even in the bathroom there were not only toilet paper rolls, but also shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer - very welcoming, someone thought of all kinds of details! In the basement there were two washing machines and two clothes dryers - accessible and useful, we used them. The windows had electric shutters, easy to operate and great for making dark in the room, for a peaceful sleep. Staying here gave us the relaxation we needed to visit the city and retreat afterwards, without worries, to rest in a pleasant place!

We are used to insect screens on windows and air conditioning - adding these could be a big plus in the future. And a few more towel hooks in the bathroom (but this seems to be rare, even in large hotels, I don't know why).

Нам все понравилось. Все чисто и комфортно. Владелец был очень любезен и разрешил оставить наш багаж до заселения в этом доме. Вся необходимая техника и посуда была в нашем распоряжении. Стиральная машина в подвальном этаже. В 5 минутах ходьбы станция метро и небольшой магазин продуктов.

Я бы добавил полочку для шампуня в душевой.

Gut für einen Kurztrip

Für einen Kurztrip perfekt. Die Lage ist direkt an der Metro und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen.

Das Warmwasser war schwierig zu regulieren und für 3 Gäste war es ein bisschen zu eng, da die dritte Person in der Küche auf dem Gästesofa schläft. Leider war auch ein Handtuch fleckig.

Лучшее местоположение, рядом супермаркеты, булочные, кофейни. Район чистый и безопасный, почти без бездомных. Отличный маленький номер со всем необходимым: много кухонной утвари, специи, микроволновка и холодильник. Окна спальни выходят во внутренний двор, так что шума от дороги нет.

Были волосы на постели и в душе. В остальном все отлично.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente seppur piccolo. Ha tutto il necessario per una vacanza e se mancava qualcosa, bastava chiedere al gentilissimo proprietario che provvedeva a portarlo.

Leggermente sporco il forno, ma nulla di grave. Pulito rapidamente con la spugna nuova a disposizione prima di cucinare le pizze.

Appartamento come da descrizione, una segnalazione per il divano letto e altre richieste sono state velocemente soddisfatte. Ero preoccupata perché non vi è aria condizionata, ma forse perché la zona è molto verde si dorme bene anche col ventilatore. Ottima posizione dalla metro.

Un buon inglese e francese per la comunione sono necessari.

Appartement refait à neuf depuis peu. La chambre donne sur une cours intérieure, il n'y a donc pas de nuisances sonores. Le couchage est agréable. La station de métro à quelques mètres. Accueil simple mais à la hauteur de ce que j'attends. de bon restaurants à proximités.

Proximidade com o metrô Limpeza do apartamento, eletrodomésticos funcionais e o quarto era silencioso, com as janelas anti ruído (embora as vezes tinha barulho do apartamento de cima)

Não tinha televisão! (Algo que é barato e bastante util) Quarto estreito. Espaço pra sair da cama bem apertado dos dois lados. Bati minha cabeça, de madrugada, numa torneira de um Aquecedor que fica numa das paredes, ao levantar da cama. Só tinha uma cesta improvisada de criado mudo, em um dos lados da cama. Acabamos improvisando o segundo criado mudo com um banquinho que estava na sala. Único espelho do apartamento era no banheiro. Guarda roupas do quarto era pequeno. Poderia ser bem maior . No banheiro, o Box tinha cortina plastica. Passava água pra fora do box. E ainda grudava. no corpo durante o banho. Um Blindex seria bem melhor.
