    I recently stayed at Urban Room Samed and had a mixed experience. The positives first—the hotel itself is great. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is also a big plus, very convenient and close to key spots on the island, making it easy to explore and enjoy Koh Samet. However, what really affected our stay was the service. Unfortunately, the staff came across as quite rude and not welcoming at all. There was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality, which made the overall experience less enjoyable than it could have been. It’s a shame because the property has so much potential, but better customer service would make a huge difference. Overall: great place and location, but service needs serious improvement.
