Villa il Borgο

We had a wonderful stay at Villa il Borgo. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the medieval old town yet tucked away in a secluded and peaceful spot. I loved sitting out on the patio in the morning sun and admiring the walled fort and beautiful lemon tree. I would also highly recommend having a meal at Il Borgo next door - it was easily one of the best meals we had in Rhodes. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and are already hoping to be back next year! Thank you Giannis. P.S. If you’re a cat lover keep an eye out for the little calico who lives next door. She often comes by the front courtyard entrance to say hello & was so friendly- she even introduced us to her 3 kittens 🐱

Location amazing - very close to port and old town. Lovely little enclosed terrace.

As built into old town walls there was a damp smell, despite the owners attempt to improve with de-humidifier and air fresheners. Apart from this property was great.

We had a very pleasant four night stay here. The property is tucked away in it's own secluded corner, so although it is conveniently located and close to restaurants and shops, the property is exceptionally quiet. It has it's own private outside area which is fenced off and has comfortable garden furniture under a nice tree, so ideal for a quiet cuppa whilst reading a book. The property was spotlessly clean, has adequate kitchen facilities and a nicely designed bathroom with the usual toilet/shower/hand basin arrangement. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The host, Giannis is a lovely bloke, friendly, helpful, always smiling and cheerful. He also runs the adjoining restaurant which we can also vouch for!

The wifi is not the best.
