SERENITY PEARL VILLA at the sea

The villa overall was very clean and tidy upon our arrival with easy key pickup. Villa is equiped with all necessities to spend the week. Host also arranged for us a baby cot which was very useful and clean for the baby. There are a couple of beaches within walking distance (Polyxenia and Pernera), a convienience/tourist shop that has some household essentials, and also the main Pernera strip with bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. If you want to go to the main Protaras strip (Fig Tree) you will need transportation. Some big supermarket/s like Metro would require a car and are about 8-10minutes away. Pool was clean and maintained during the week, with outdoor table/chairs and loungers/umbrellas. There are two BBQs and utensils but we didnt use.

While we were told there is a parking available at the villa it is essentially been converted to the garden/pool area so not available. You have space for two small to medium sized cars on the street in front of the house which during weekends/peak season if you decide to go to the beach during the day or somewhere at night might come back and find it taken by others going to the beach or the club down the road (Nava) which is the second negative when there are events the music can be heard until 2:30am. Doors in the villa are old and soundproofing not the best. Some water/mold damage under the ac unit in master bedroom but not significant.

The property was very clean and comfortable. 2 mins from the beach which is beautiful, close to an excellent choice of places to eat

The pool was a little small and always warm it could do with some sort of thermostat to keep it cool

The house was excellent, very comfortable, nicely designed, very clean, and in a great location. The host was very hospitable and very responsive to our needs. Great stay overall, we were really happy with our choice.

Fantastic villa with everything you need, near to shops, beaches and restaurants. Peaceful street and area.
