the Athena villa looks exactly as the pictures , is very modern village, very clean with all facilities for a comfort stay and a lot of space for a group of 6 adults .. the location is perfect 5 min from the beach and from Tourist places as sea caves , ayia Napa ,Nissi beach in 15 - 20 min distance . The social area as the pool and furniture outside was great to enjoy the weather and relax by the pool .
will be great to get some instructions of the warm water upfront.

prime location
needs privacy fencing in the backyard, for such an amazing place you should invest in better beds. i did not sleep well at all. other than that the olace is amazing!

The house is located 10 meters from the beach, I really liked it. It's quiet around, no one is making noise, restaurants on the beach can be reached very close.
The house has everything you need. On the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen, dishes, plates, etc. It was convenient to have breakfast outside next to the pool. On the second floor there are 3 separate large bedrooms.
