Liked that it was close to the train station and the city centre. Close to all city trams to explore.

Apartment 308 - Not noisey in the mornings

Only negative was the bath & hand towels were awful. They were like sand paper. Not soft or fluffy at all. Very unpleasant on the skin.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb. The location was excellent, within walking distance to train station, trams, bus stops etc making it incredibly convenient to explore Melbourne. The apartment was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary coffee capsules provided by the host. The apartment was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout our stay. Most importantly, the host, Carmen was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. Communication was smooth from check-in to check-out.

The only minor downside is that the bedrooms are downstairs, so carrying large or heavy suitcases up and down the stairs can be a little challenging. We simply left our luggage upstairs, so it wasn’t really an issue for us.

The property was absolutely clean and tidy. Very warm environment. The owner was easy to talk to, very approachable and supportive. There are too many to talk about good things regarding the place.

Nothing that I didn’t like.
