We welcome you to the Yarra Vista Metropolitan Apartment in the north-west of Melbourne’s CBD. With both an attractive location overlooking the Yarra River and a warm & inviting living space, this stylish apartment is sure to provide an outstanding experience for your upcoming stay in Melbourne.
Located on Lonsdale Street in the Melbourne One apartment condo complex, the apartment is a close walk to numerous attractions throughout the CBD. Some nearby highlights include the Spencer Street Outlet shopping centre (2 minutes), Flagstaff Gardens (5 minutes) and Queen Victoria Market (14 minutes).
The apartment is just a short walk to multiple tram stops (and in the free tram zone) and Southern Cross Station (8 minutes) for easy access to the rest of the city.
The apartment has two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, open living room with smart TV and remote working/study area. There is also an onsite parking space included with the apartment.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Bedroom 1 - Double size bed with ensuite and built in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 - Double size bed with built in wardrobe
Living area - Sofa bed
The apartment also gives you access to the building`s gym, pool and bbq facilities.
