Appartement luxe 2 chambres Grands Boulevards 4-6P

Nice apartment in a great location, just a few steps from the subway. There are grocery stores and amazing boulangeries nearby. My family loved the apartment, and our stay was superb. The hostess was very nice, and communication with her was super easy. The check in and check out were perfect.

Since the apartment is on the 2nd floor, keeping the windows open can make it a bit noisy. However, the natural light is wonderful, and we had no issues keeping the windows closed while leaving the curtains open.

Nice Modern appeal with every room having its own heating unit with thermostat.

Location is on a busy street with alot of got traffic. Its loud with the windows being not the greatest to muffle something noises. Its literally steps from the train station. Like anywhere in the world there's shady people around. But we try to find places where we don't want to step out & see people shooting dope in the neck right outside the building door entrance! It has 5 doorway entry that requires keyfob & passcode before finally getting into the apartment. There was NO directions in how to use anything in the unit. Had to google to translate the washer,thermostat & figure out the microwave. The heating rack element in the bathroom only got hot when showering in one bathroom. The hot water was AWFULl It was LUKE WARM was the hottest it got! Its December!! And COLD AF!! Theres a shower & sink inside one of the bedroom with the sink not working which was odd! The second toilet is off the kitchen with a tiny sink. The main bathroom heating rack didn't warm up at all. The towels remind you of what a grimmy hotel would give you. Gross! Thank GOD I brought my own! I let the property know that one of the bedroom had a piss smell around the bed. As if a dog may have in the room. NO REPLY Again I come prepare with lysol etc to disinfect. By the windows being old there's a drafts I ask for an extra blanket to be ask how many ppl was with me!? Odd!! Just my son & I. Only to direct me to get the blanket inside the sofa bed! Which by the way needs to be steam clean. I ask for extra toilet paper since they're small cheap rolls & extra garbage bag since I'm trying to keep things clean with the to go food boxes etc. To be told that they don't provide extras that what was when place there was all that they give! And not to mention NO papertowels were provide as well. Overall the place is nice but everything else suck! 6 days here was a struggle with the hot water the drafts coming in I ended up sick.
