The New Suites, Paris Centre

The location is excellent. It is close to everything and the metro is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is very clean. The two showers are convenient for the 4 of us. The room temperature can be controlled in each room and the air conditioner is very cool. The washing machine works well. The communication with the host is excellent. Mica is super nice, helpful and very quick to respond. Mica arranged for cleaning to be done early and allowed us to check in early at 11. He recommended restaurants in the area. During our stay, Mica asked how everything was and if anything was not working, he would send people to fix it.

The apartment is on the third floor and the elevator only worked on the first day. It's not a problem for us but would be for some people. There is no rack to hang our clothes to dry after washing. There is only one toilet but we managed. One bed room doesn't have enough room to store our luggage.

The host was quick to respond and very helpful. The location was superb. The apartment was exactly like the photos presented. It also provided all the necessary items, such as fridge, cutlery and a lot of hangers.

Only one toilet but two showers, which could be inconvenient for a group of six (max. capacity for the apartment). But the excellent location and cozy feeling of the apartment made up for that.
