    As this was a last-minute hotel booking, I did not receive the door access code before arrival. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and made several phone calls, but there was no response at all, which was very disappointing. In the end, I had no choice but to call the complaint hotline, and fortunately, they answered immediately and helped resolve the issue. In addition, the soundproofing is very poor, and noise from outside can be heard easily, which affected the overall stay. The toiletries provided were also below expectations in terms of quality and amenities. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in customer service responsiveness, soundproofing, and guest amenities.
