    Overall the room is nice and complete. No complaints about the room at all. One drawback is the noise from the reception area. My room was on the ground floor one room away from the reception counter. At night I can hear people talking loudly or switching on their music loudly. It is irritating especially when you are trying to get some sleep after a long day.

    I booked this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Initially, I was given a ground-floor room with an extremely hard mattress, which caused me significant back pain. After I raised the issue, the staff changed my room. However, the new room was located next to the reception. Late at night, I could smell cigarette smoke coming into my room because the night staff were smoking nearby. This made the room uncomfortable and affected my stay. Overall, I was disappointed with both the room allocation and the professionalism of the staff. I hope the management will improve the quality of the mattresses and ensure staff do not smoke near guest rooms or reception areas, as it creates an unpleasant environment for guests.
