    Everything was great except for the check-in process. Initially, my check-in was denied simply because I did not have my physical IC with me. The staff handling it was helpless and heartless, leaving us sitting there without any guidance or help. I tried to negotiate by offering to show my digital driving license via the MyJPJ app and my booking email confirmation, but all of it was rejected with prejudice. It was a terrible experience. Park Hyatt is a luxury hotel, and for the price paid, I expected the staff to be solution-oriented and helpful when a guest faces a challenge during check-in. I sat there for an hour trying to figure out how to get my physical IC, bearing in mind it was a Friday evening with extremely heavy traffic. Eventually, I decided to call the customer service hotline. They transferred me to the reservation team, and I am so grateful to them for guiding and helping me process the check-in. My infinite credit goes to the front desk team, specifically Marsyitah, who proactively stepped forward to help me, and Xin Ni, who introduced the room and was sweet enough to sing 'Happy Birthday' with us. Great job, guys! Your kindness saved the experience. I also want to thank the lady from the reservation team on the call—I believe her name was Bathrina (I might be wrong with the spelling)—who assisted me tremendously. 5 stars for Marsyitah, Xin Ni, and Bathrina, but zero stars for the initial staff who blindly denied my check-in without trying to find a solution. My infinite credit goes to Marsyitah who stepped forward to resolve the issue, Xin Ni who gave us a lovely room tour and sang Happy Birthday, and Bathrina from reservations. Additionally, I must give a five-star rating to Heather and Kavi from the Cacao Mixology Bar—in fact, the entire bar team was incredibly welcoming and helpful! Special thanks also to Farhana from the night shift front desk team, and Rey for handling my checkout process so professionally. These staff members truly represent the high standards of Park Hyatt hospitality.

    "An unforgettable experience at Level 106 of Merdeka 118, one of the world's most iconic skyscrapers. The panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur from this height are absolutely breathtaking, especially with the city stretching out beneath you. The luxurious Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur adds an elegant and sophisticated touch to the experience. From the beautiful interiors to the incredible city views, everything feels truly first-class. The combination of luxury, architecture, and spectacular scenery makes this a must-visit destination in Kuala Lumpur. A beautiful experience and an amazing way to see the city from above. Highly recommended!

    One of the most memorable stay ever. super comfortable rooms and very classy interiors. Breakfast spread is good but the variety can be improved further other than that no major comments at all.

    As the title suggest and the cost of stay, one would expect a really top notch and quality stay. First, connecting rooms upon booking but came and was rejected. Not peak season, seen so many rooms with connecting joints but nvm. If this is not possible, don't even allow people to put this as an option honestly. Second, process for housekeeping. Barge into the room for house cleaning on privacy. No manual door cards hanger for cleaning or privacy if this is a better option to consider for the housekeeping team. Light bulb went off and shower drain got clogged. Not good really as people could be changing clothes in the room. Third, the entire 118 mall was not operating! This hotel started more than a year back! Really? Have to grab each and everytime for everything - could have gotten things sideway the hotel if there was a mall or even shops but isn't. Even grab has to go down the 3 different lifts and all the way to LGM to pick up. Consider using robots please for such situations is a better consideration. Could just learn from the cheaper hotels on China already using this. All in all, really not worth the monies and hassle to stay here with everything that happens.
