    Check in progress took almost 30 minutes. Desk staff not really fluent in English and Malay language. Room is too dirty with smoking smell and smelly bedsheet and pillow. Concern also on the electric switch which some of it is faulty. Please consider other hotel with this kind of price.

    Room was not clean. Caught 3 cocroaches. There was no water at the water dispenser and the rooms and corridors smelled funky. Toilet was not cleaned properly before checking in. Parking was a hassle. If want cheap and easy to walk around chinatown the location is ideal

    was the dirtiest hotel i ever seen. they dont do any cleaining, seen a rat running around the corridor and cocroaches everywhere on the bed and the walls. everything is falling apart. the pictures have nothing to do with the reality. all the corridors are dirty with months old dust and dirt on the floor carpet. the only good thing is the location.

    Horrible staff. Horrible customer service. So I booked this hotel a week before arriving to KL. It was already paid and we expected a seamless checkin. Lo and behold, when we arrived there, they just told us that they were fully booked and they can accommodate all agoda bookings because they were fully booked. Crazy. But still we didn't say anything bc we didn't wanna ruin our trip. They looked at my booking and just gave us the agoda hotline to request for a refund which we accepted with no complaints. All nearby hotels were also fully booked. So we had to stay with a friend. Thankfully she got a condo. Now when trying to reach out to agoda CS, they were waiting for the hotel to confirm. But this freakin hote said we were a no-show then they said accommodated us???? Like hello the staff shoo-ed us out basically. We didn't even get to stay and cant get a refund because the hotel refuses to acknowledge that they didn't let us check in. Well it was a small amount but I dont recommend booking here. Such a headache
