    We got the spa room for 6 people. Very clean and plenty of space. Location is within walking distance to coex mall, with lots of restaurants nearby.

    The hotel offered a large room for my large family. The room came with 3 spacious queen sized beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Also came with a pseudo kitchen (sink). Kids loved the hot tub in the middle of the living room. Location was close to most places. Staff was friendly.

    1. There is no door lock from inside of the room, that means the staff can open the door whenever they want; 2. There is no “do not disturb” sign, you have to either verbally tell the staff, or text them; 3. The reception area is on the ground floor, only one staff and in a glass door room. The male receptionist with braces talks pretty rude and unfriendly, we feel unwelcomed. 4. The emergency exit lights are HUGE AND BRIGHT. There are 2 emergency exit light in the room. 5. Shower drain clogged.
