We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved everything about this hotel. We would definitely visit again.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The receptionist never mentioned an additional fee for early check-in when my father checked in a few hours before. They let him do that without mentioning anything. But the next morning, she suddenly tried to charge us 40,000 won—even though she only informed us about it the next morning when we were checking out. This is basically a FRAUD. And when we questioned it, she had the audacity to curse at us in Korean. Yes, you read that right—she insulted us, in front of other guests! Even the other Korean visitors were shocked by her behavior.
The so-called “breakfast” was a complete joke—just a tiny cup of ramen, plain toast, cereal, and some milk. THAT’S IT. No variety, no effort. And let’s talk about the dining area—only THREE tables for all the guests. THREE! Can you imagine that? Not even basic utensils were available.
Also, the surrounding area had a disgusting smell.
The hotel’s design might look nice, but that means NOTHING when the service is this horrendous. I have NEVER been disrespected like this at a hotel before. Being cursed at by a receptionist? Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.
