    Love this place so much. The room is super clean and comfortable. The location is a short bus or taxi ride from the main terminal and shopping area. The mangers are very kind and accommodating.

    It's super comfy and clean. If you don't like hard mattresses then perhaps you will not find them as comfy but overall I had a great experience staying in this hotel for my 5-day business trip to Changwon. The location is very near, only a very short walking distance, to CECO and City 7 mall. The closest bus stops from this hotel can take you straight to Masan or Jinhae, wherever you like to go. It's also around 1-2km from Changwon bus terminal and Changwon station. Very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I stupidly lost a bag in the bus terminal and they helped me until the very end, searching and calling all the numbers they were directed to, to locate my bag, and stayed on the phone with the bus driver until I got my bag back in my hands again. Very grateful for their kindness. But they only know limited English tho. Thankfully I can speak Korean to a certain degree, so I could explain my situation better to them. Even if they know limited English, they will certainly help you, so just utilize the papago or other translator apps if you have a problem. And the cleaning staff were also very friendly, they cleaned all the room thoroughly every day, not just taking out the trash, but they really mopped and cleaned everything. The room is well-heated, and the amenities are very complete. Another plus point is they have washing machines and you can use them for free. The only concerning part of this hotel is the safety measures. They have all the CCTVs but as someone who travels alone, I wish they had more locks on the doors, a chain, or another manual lock on the front door and inside room (the door after the genkan/현관). Or maybe make the elevator limited accesses for guests only, because their front door on the 1st floor is not locked and anyone can ride their elevator. The other downside of this hotel is the stairs. If you bring big luggage you may need some assistance because you need to take the stairs to reach the elevator and it's quite high. I struggled so much when I first arrived and when I left the hotel. I wish they had a track on the stairs for guests to push their luggage upstairs. But overall I had a great stay and will recommend this hotel to others.
