    If you’re planning a short stay near Lake Yamanaka to catch the sunrise over Mount Fuji, I highly recommend this place. It’s only about a 200-meter walk to the lake, and we could even see Mount Fuji from our room window. We specifically booked this hotel because our kids weren’t too interested in waking up early for sunrise. Since the lake was so close, my husband and I could leave them sleeping for a short while without worrying. Watching the sunrise over Mount Fuji was one of the biggest highlights of our Japan trip and something that had been on my bucket list for years. The view was simply breathtaking. The hotel is also reasonably priced. We accidentally booked a tatami room for only two guests, even though the room could accommodate up to six. It was our mistake, but the staff were very accommodating. We only had to pay for two additional adults, while our 5-year-old daughter stayed free of charge. In the end, we all squeezed onto the two tatami mattresses anyway! 😄 A special thank you to Abdul, the Indonesian staff member whom many previous guests have mentioned in their reviews. He was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Wishing him all the best—he’s doing a wonderful job and is a great asset to the hotel. Overall, this is an affordable, comfortable stay in an excellent location for anyone hoping to experience the unforgettable sunrise over Mount Fuji.

    Nice Mountain View , walking distance to the lake. Early morning can see the mountain clearly. Room big but bathroom very small, hard to turn.

    5min walk to Hirano beach. The low bed and large space are good for kids. Free parking. Toilet is very small compare to room size.
