The only black spot was Patrizia. She does interact with us unprofessionally and her unsuitable black humor clashes with the whole harmonic environment On the other hand, Christian and his team are incredible ()

Very basic services and room amenities, they did not provide anything from the purchased air conditioning and balcony. Dirty floor in the room, non-existent soundproofing, so you can hear any movement in the hallway and phone conversations from neighboring rooms. Restaurant limited operation, you would have to order some of the expensive dishes in advance by 6:30 p.m. In the morning, a basic breakfast, which was enough in the heat. The steam wand on the coffee machine is surprisingly covered in milk residue from the last few weeks, which ultimately speaks volumes about the "professionalism" of the staff, who have probably never heard of the need to clean it after each use.
