    The hotel rooms are clean and staff was very helpful and specially in La Cartel Restaurant which is also in this hotel food was very taste and valuable staff name vipin is very humble and help us to guide for various tour and tips

    Facilities are well maintained but Staff needs to be more trained . * I booked the property through Agoda with Breakfast, but while I was having breakfast , of everyone I got Embarrassed by telling that no breakfast is included in my room package . THIS IS UTMOST UNPROFESSIONAL. Room service is also not remarkable. While staying for 2days , I asked for bottles of water for which I had to call numerous times in a gap of hours to get the water bottles. Apart from these, rooms are very clean & bathrooms too . Food was tasty and good.
