goSTOPS Baga

I had an excellent stay at goSTOPS Baga as a solo traveler. The facilities were amazing, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout my stay. One of the best things was that food was available almost 24/7, with plenty of options and great taste. I had requested a private room with a better view, and as soon as one became available, the team immediately shifted me the very next day. The room had a fantastic view and made my stay even more enjoyable. Whenever I reported any issues, the staff responded quickly and genuinely tried to resolve them. Their service, support, hospitality, and responsiveness were exceptional. Everything was easy to access through the goSTOPS app, making the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. A few minor areas could be improved. The bathroom ventilation on the top floor was not working properly, which sometimes led to mosquitoes and insects entering through the bathroom window. There were also a few mosquitoes inside the room, although the staff promptly provided a Good Knight repellent when requested. The AC in my room was quite old and took around an hour to cool the room, especially since it was located on the top floor. The balcony was also difficult to use at night because of lizards and insects. Despite these minor issues, the staff’s quick support and willingness to help made a big difference. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend goSTOPS Baga to solo travelers looking for a friendly, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in Goa.

It wasn’t clean, bathroom is terrible, there was no female dorm, all drunk people around you. One of the drunk guy was passed out in bathroom. I didn’t feel safe as a woman.

I had an amazing experience staying at goSTOPS! Honestly, one of the best hostel stays I’ve had. The cleanliness was top-notch — rooms were cleaned every day around 11 AM, which really kept the space fresh and comfortable. The hostel has a great common area with pool games and hangout spaces, making it perfect to relax and meet people. One feature I really loved was the digital lockers — it made me feel that my belongings were safe and secure throughout my stay. What truly stood out was their app’s chatroom feature. As a solo traveler, this made a huge difference. I was able to connect with other travelers easily, and we ended up forming a big group and exploring together. It’s a fantastic place for socializing, especially if it’s your first solo trip. I initially booked for just 2 days, but I loved the vibe so much that I extended my stay for the rest of my trip — 7 more days! Overall, I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be trying out other goSTOPS locations in the future. Highly recommended for solo travelers 👍
