    Family of 4 adults, stayed for 3Ns in the Premium Room in June 2026. Our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed the view of the mountains and the morning mist. Only hotel, I guess in this altitude on a hill top with a bit of off-roading with a separate check-post. While the food option could have been a bit better, I think the team did a good job to keep us satisfied with hardly few rooms being occupied. Mohan, the manager and the 3 interns lead by Muthu too made sure we had a pleasant stay and did their best. Overall, we enjoyed Valparai and the Hotel Room with one of the best experience of mist! Would definitely recommend this place!

    A place which is perfect has been turned into a nightmare for Travellers...opportunistic staff who say....I told you so....unhygienic...you enter the property to see dried out plants and dirty staircase....lack of food choises Where visiting staff are treated which zero respect....where you are over charged for an extra.bed...(how desperate)

    Excellent staffs and beautiful location but the food wasn't worth for the price but was a decent food we paid 2.5k for 2 people 2 meal which felt too costly as they made dinner with just the leftovers from lunch rice and idly upma from breakfast leftovers By the way nothing tastes bad or odd I loved the meal untill I saw the bill as there was no menu card or no one informed about the price and stuff 🤔 most of the things we're broken in the room and bathroom
