    I had booked deluxe just bcz in amenities they had mentioned bathtub and looking at the price of 3000 i actually felt they must be providing it..this was only the negative point i felt in the hotel that there no bathtub as mentioned in the amenities description.... Rest stay was good, place is beautiful, next to the railway station yet peaceful, staff is really too good in the terms of coordination, they have bf system too...so yes...it was a beautiful stat

    I had a very disappointing experience at Coastel Pearl Hotel near Madgaon Railway Station. Although the hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, the room quality, facilities, cleanliness, and overall appearance were far below expectations considering the room tariff. The rooms were not clean, and the hotel's maintenance standards were poor. Additionally, the staff were not supportive or helpful during our stay. We were also asked to pay extra charges even after completing our online booking, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel does not provide good value for the price charged, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.
