This place is walking distance to the holy spirit church, the post office, KTC Bus stand (otherwise bike taxi charge around 100) . I didn't see the taxi unions that plague north Goa and the people give you your space.
The rooms are spacious but only ac rooms on the first floor have balconies. Non AC can be a little stuffy. The room comes fully stocked with toiletries and has a WC with tissue and hand spray. Very quiet but safe neighborhood.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL if you (the tourist) are without basic courtesy, manners and personal space.
Though they say restaurant at the venue that's a trendy or pricy bar independent of the hotel. You will have to go out for tea or coffee or order your meals via swiggy.
Staff are very nice and polite and even helped me with personal requests post check out and in luggage storage.
This made my 3day visit to this hotel amazing and am definitely Booking this hotel again.

If u r booking this place u got 2 points
1. If u r frugal, then bus stop is just 5 mins away.
2. If u r hungry, the best burger is downstairs.
So traveling n food problem is solved this instant.

No tea /coffee or kettle in room and hotel does not have a restaurant jor room service
Location not friendly - esp for seniors basic needs not available close by
Staff are limited just the reception and a helper
Both helpful within their capacities
