    I was a lone traveler. I reached here very early in the morning as my train got late by 7 hours.. I was surprised to see they're waiting for me as I had reservation. Room was good and pleasant. I had a cozy and warm sleep during my short stay here.

    Please don't go this hotel. I would like to recommend that you can stay at railway station instead of VIVA hotel. Lady staff is very rude and not supported.
