    I found bugs and when I complaint about it he told me to check out police, started threatening me that I Will lodged an FIR on you, agoda should stop taking bookings from this hotel.

    When I brought the bedbug issue to the attention of the owner and requested a resolution, they completely dismissed the problem and rudely told me to "check out" instead of fixing the issue After allocating a bed, management arbitrarily shifts guests to different beds without consent. When I brought up the bedbugs and asked why my assigned bed was being shifted, the owner reacted aggressively and told me to "just check out" instead of resolving the issues After giving me a bed, the owner tried to shift me to another bed without reason. They also place female guests in male dorm rooms. When I complained about the bedbugs and bed changes, the owner rudely told me to "check out" with zero resolution
