The staff were inclusive and I stayed for the fourth time in total this occasion, once two years ago and twice this year. As a spiritual tourist only, the private rooms, bathroom and wifi and local amenities for food and relaxation such as Roopam, Sharda and Badshah were excellent and I was able to unwind and relax in Mumbai after a long flight with easy access to the airport by taxi. Thank you to the management and staff for their continued efforts at keeping their customer service up and retaining my booking, and not discriminating as per Overseas Citizenship of India and UK Foreign Office guidelines for private tourism in Maharashtra only. Namaskaram.

No complaints or issue whatsoever.

The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Although an older building, it's kept immaculately clean. You get exactly what you need at a low price. Although a no-frills experience, it's still comfortable enough. The decor is top-notch, and staff are generally helpful and welcoming.

The location can be loud. It's not the property's fault, but at peak hour, expect a lot of traffic noise.

The common space is really charming, a must for every lover of the40es. The rooms have plywood walls and you can hear your neighbour sigh. The showers were too few (and one out of order) for a whole floor.
