"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my stay. The room provided did not match the photographs shown during booking. There is a major drainage issue in the bathroom; water collects on the floor while showering, making it unusable. Despite reporting this to the staff, no action was taken. Due to this lack of service and the fact that the AC was non-functional, we had to cut our two-day stay short and leave early. It appears that the amenities are only for display and are not maintained for guest use."

The booking was confirmed online but when we visited there the staff stays there is no booking and it was not confirmed and there are no rooms available to be provided. I was in discussion with their representative after booking and it was informed to visit the hotel and everything will be taken care of.

Rooms were spacious but the facilities were not up to mark . For .e.g. the ACs were not working in the allotted rooms and then they took long to fix it . Geysers dont have the power button, guests need to call hotel staff to switch it on from reception side. they assumed why we need hot water in month April .
