    As hotel location is bit far from city Ujjain but not that you can easily commute with tuk tuk and autos . Staff was really friendly and Chetan the staff manager did exceptional service booked us a cab for Indore n Omkareshwar with good rates and guided us through out the trip . Below hotel there is banana leaf and subway which good for having a bite and across the clock tower circle there are tremendous option of street food at the night which was again walking distance . Over all 10/10 property . Definitely would recommend to all

    Booked 3 occupancy deluxe room, checked in via a nest lift so small that 2 people couldn’t fit with luggage properly. They gave room *** which was small for even 1 person stating this is the deluxe room. The bigger rooms *** occupied by hotel owner for partying with frnds. After much to and fro they provided room *** which again is deluxe for them and decent for 2 people, still no space to accomodate 3rd bed or person but they take booking for 3 at inflated prices for the same rooms. Asked for extra bed refund and they refused since booking was done online, I paid ***/- per night for a hotel that shouldn’t be priced any higher than ***/- depending on the area and hotels you get around. Rooms , bathrooms and interior poorly finished, low than substandard, not maintained at all even though hotel is new, cleanliness poor than average. The only good thing was the room boy we got named Ankit who helped us get clean bedsheet pillow covers and towels, that too 1 of 3 not all. Hope I could get some refund early during checkin or cancelled booking when we got there
