    Owner or staff of the hotel did not respond to any of the calls made to them directly as the booking was made online and not through the hotel directly. No confirmation of the booking given by the hotel either through sms, whatsapp message, whatsApp call or normal call. Calls from other numbers were attended but upon learning the booking done, disconnected. Was attending calls from online agoda at the same time but my calls were either declined or not answered. No kitchen available in the hotel. Only RO water given. Was even asked printout money at checkout.

    Totally different from given photos and hygiene is 0/100 … dissapointed Spitted gutka everywhere in washroom while checking, when asked to clean it, they said it is not possible now.
