We had visited and guess this is our 4th or 5th visit. We love to visit this property but this time we were shocked to see it's state. It was raining - water was dripping in the room, room not maintained,bed was not comfortable. To add to it when I asked an errand boy to get bucket and mug - it was dirty- i told him that to clean and bring - he replied that all are same and that I have to clean I informed Mayuri at reception - she immediately looked into it and took action and the same boy cleaned the bucket and mug and gave us. It is very much required to look into the upkeep of this property. Till date I always used to recommend this property and many have visited based on my words but now I don't think I can - till action is taken by Hostellier. I must add Ms Mayuri at reception and cafetaria staff was good

Had a 2 night stay at The hostellers bhandardara. The stay was not up to mark as per the amount paid. The Delux hut walls were dirty and Washroom sink tap was loose and leaky. Staff was very good and responsive. But the main concern is the accessibility. It's on very remote place, and the road to reach it is very bad, (also under construction). Also the road in Bhandardara have very bad condition. Food options are very low,, higher in cost and quality is less, (no refill fyi)
