    Um well woods room non-soundproof & pretty noisy also need share bathroom..i was pay Including taxes 200 not desire that price ..sucks...also they wanna charge me extra 100 for window room..my booking was window room..bad nightmare.not recommend..Tho

    First of all, I was not given the room on the floor I had booked. Instead, I was told to go to another block and use a room there. As soon as I entered the new block, there was an unbearable stench, along with a rat infestation. To make matters worse, the receptionist's behavior was terribly rude. Because I had some trouble opening the lock, he actually called me 'mad'. Who gave him the authority to insult a guest like that? This is an absolutely unhygienic, ugly, and pathetic place. When I saw the room, it looked absolutely nothing like the photos posted on their profile. It was completely different and in terrible condition. I am a regular Agoda user, and I have never booked or stayed in such a horrendous room before. ​Having no other choice at the time, I stayed in the room they provided. It was only then I realized that the mattress was extremely old and torn, with a sharp nail protruding from underneath. When I lay down, I felt something piercing my back, and to my shock, it was a nail. I was very lucky to escape without any serious injuries. I am attaching photos of this as proof. I had to sleep on the other bed, which was also worn out and highly uncomfortable. ​As for the bathroom, it was very cramped and unhygienic. If you use the washbasin to brush your teeth, wash your face, or wash your hands, the dirty wastewater drains straight onto your feet. They haven't even provided a proper drainage pipe for the sink, which is absolutely disgusting. ​Please do not waste your money booking a room here. Another person noticed my situation, took me to the next block, and showed me a room there. It was beautiful, and they offered it to me for half the price I paid for this terrible room. That is when I realized I was being completely cheated. This place is a huge scam. Please do not fall for it. If anyone finds themselves in a similar scam here, please inform the police immediately. Why did I delay writing this review? Because you never know if these people have a criminal mindset. I once found my locked room left wide open. No safety..! If I had posted a negative review while I was still staying there, I feared they might enter my room in my absence to steal or destroy my belongings, or even intentionally mess with the A/C. You can never predict what they might do. That is exactly why I waited until I checked out to post this. ​Hong Kong is a really expensive city, and I simply didn't have the time or energy to bear the expense of finding a new room or to go through the hassle of filing a police complaint and following up on it. That is the only reason I didn't take any legal action. However, I am sharing my experience to warn you all. Please avoid booking this place or taking services from such people. Save your money, save your time.
