Struttura accogliente situata in ottima posizione e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno a ridosso della città di Siena.
L'appartamento trovandosi al secondo e ultimo piano si surriscalda velocemente pertanto l'impianto di condizionamento esistente purtroppo non è in grado di climatizzare in maniera efficace tutti gli spazi tant'è che nelle stanze da letto sono presenti dei ventilatori per ovviare al problema.

Het was een leuk appartementje met alle nodige voorzieningen. De airco werkte prima, de bedden waren heel goed, er was een wasmachine, een ruime koelkast met vriesvak.
Er was geen deftig droogrek om je kledij aan op te hangen na het gebruik van de wasmachine. De deur van de wc/badkamer was stuk, waardoor je dus geen deur meer had als je daar gebruik van maakte.

Apartamento moderno y cómodo. Las habitaciones eran grandes y tenía todo lo necesario. La ubicación está muy bien, mejor si se tiene coche. Muy bien como punto de alojamiento para recorrer la Toscana.
Debajo vive una vecina INSOPORTABLE que se queja de cualquier mínimo ruido desde las 22hs y sube a tocar el timbre. Además, deberían mejorar la comunicación con los huéspedes: eran las 19hs y aún no tenia la info del chek in, tuve que solicitarla, menos mal que llegaba tarde en el día pero si llegase a las 15 que es la hora permitida que? Por otro lado, la puerta del baño estaba rota (un peligro) y al comunicarlo ni siquiera se nos respondió el mensaje.
