Great appartment close to Praia Formosa.
Communication with Beatriz was great and she gave us very easy instructions for finding the flat.
Parking was very convenient.
The appartment had everything we needed and it was very convenient for cooking.
Some reviews mentioned the construction site and we thought it would be over by now. However, they are building flats so it will likely go on for a long time.
It didn't bother us in the evening at it finished around 7pm, however, it started again at 7am the next day, so don't expect to have a lie in.

Apartment was super clean and well thought out. Had everything we could need for our stay — from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made it feel like home. The location was perfect, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
A little bit noisy during the day due to construction nearby, but nothing at the fault of the owners — it quietened down in the evenings and didn’t affect our overall stay. The comfort and cleanliness of the apartment more than made up for it.

The flat was in a very good clean condition and in a good location, slightly out of the centre of Funchal, but nearby to bus stops, shops, restaurants and close to a great bakery/cafe. The parking space was very handy. The host Beatriz was friendly and helpful
No fault of the host, but the building work nearby was noisy
